With multiple EWS stage wins and last weekend's third place overall finish at Val Di Fassa, Ed Masters has been on a steady trajectory to the top step of the podium. Ed used that momentum to take his first ever win at round five of the EWS in Les Orres, France.

Ed raced his Firebird 29 to a pair of stage wins with consistent finishes through the final high-pressure stages to bring home the win.

Teammate Matt Walker followed his strong 7th place last weekend with another 7th in Les Orres proving the podium is within striking distance for the young Kiwi.
